Application Requirements
To be considered for admission, you must have been a Christian for at least one year and a member of an evangelical Protestant church. In addition, the following items are required as part of the application process:
- Application for Admission
Please use our new online application and pay the nonrefundable $35 application fee. You may continue working on an online application already in progress.
- Doctrinal Qualification for Students
To be admitted and to graduate, students must personally adhere to and support the Doctrinal Qualifications for Students.
- Autobiographical Essays
It is our aim to know you as much as possible, and we provide an opportunity for self-expression in responding to our essay questions. Since all students at Moody are expected to maintain the highest standards of integrity we require that your autobiographical essays be your own work. Essays should be clear, concise, and complete.
- References
Download the reference forms below and complete the top part of each form. Please make sure to write your name on the forms before distributing them. Referents should return their letters to you sealed and signed in the envelopes that you provide. You will then submit the references or they may send it in separately if they prefer. Please do not break seals of envelopes.

Christian Friend Reference Forms: These two references should be filled out by mature Christian adults (one male and one female) who have known you at least one year and who are not relatives of yours.
