Apply to the Music Department
If you would like to become a music major, you will need to be accepted both by Moody Bible Institute and by the Music Department. The two application processes will happen simultaneously but will require different information to be submitted.

In addition to the online application, the Music Department requires the following:
- Two Musician Reference Forms.
- An audition: Download and review the Audition Instructions. Applicants may audition in person at the Chicago campus or may send an audition recording. To schedule a live audition, call (312) 329-4082 during business hours.
