Moody Distance Learning maintains an open enrollment policy. This means that you may enroll in up to 18 college credit hours without being fully admitted to a degree program.
All Distance Learning students who have not applied to a degree program will be classified as “non-degree.” As a non-degree student, you may enroll in up to 18 credit hours, providing that you have met any individual course prerequisite requirements. Should you decide to apply to a degree program in the future, your courses taken as a non-degree student will be evaluated according to the requirements of the curriculum that is current at the time you apply. Courses taken previously as a nondegree student may not meet specific degree requirements at the time of application.
High School and Home School Students
Any homeschooled or high school age student with junior or senior high school status can apply to take college credit courses through Moody Distance Learning, regardless of age. View the courses in our Pre-College Series, or call (800) 588-8344 for more information.
