    He has served as an associate pastor for youth and music, pianist for the worship team, and teacher. His areas of specialization and expertise are Hebrew language and the Hebrew Bible as well as Old Testament studies. Dr. Vreeland teaches New Testament Survey, Hebrew, Psalms, Genesis, Biblical Theology of Suffering, Bible Introduction, and Islamic Thought and Literature. He is also a tutor in the Semitic Languages and Literature Honors Program.
