Lead with Biblical Vision and Organizational Wisdom
The Doctor of Ministry degree in Executive Leadership and Ministerial Management is designed for pastors, executive directors of nonprofits, and leaders of global ministry organizations who want to start or lead their own church or organization. Our goal is to provide advanced skills in visionary leadership and management, organizational analysis, and exceptional team development with strategies for ongoing character growth and lifelong learning in running a ministry or leading a church or nonprofit organization.
Designed for anyone with a Master of Divinity or equivalent and a commitment to God’s calling, this 30-credit hour program is conducted as a series of one-week intensives on our Chicago and Michigan campuses.
