Our Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology is available on our Michigan campus, where you’ll learn to apply clinical training, biblical insight, and spiritual formation to the counseling profession. You’ll be fully equipped to serve Christ in a wide array of counseling-related services and ministries. This program also equips you for professional licensure and enables you to complete 12 to 15 months of supervised practicum and internship experience.

Eligibility for Licensure (LLP, LPC)

The Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology program at Moody Theological Seminary is designed to meet the licensure standards set by the state of Michigan for a Limited Licensed Psychologist and Licensed Professional Counselor. Moody cannot determine whether a particular licensure program meets the requirements outside of Michigan.

Students seeking licensure in another state are advised to contact the appropriate licensing board in that state to determine specific requirements or guidelines for reciprocity.
