February 7–8, 2019

Join us for alumni events at Founder’s Week—the oldest and largest free Bible conference in the world. You’ll hear today’s foremost Christian leaders and worship with refreshing musical artists. Catch a fresh vision for making God’s Word the center of your life!

 

Most of all, you’ll reconnect with alumni friends as you participate in the events on Thursday, February 7, and Friday, February 8. Don’t forget—this year, Alumni Day has changed to Friday!

The Alumni Association extends a special Founder’s Week invitation to the classes of 1969, 1979, 1994, and 2009 to a punch reception followed by dinner just for you and your class. Please purchase tickets by January 23, 2019 from the Alumni Office.

7:00 p.m.

Evening session at The Moody Church with speaker Mike Fabarez ’85

Reserved seating for the class of 1969, 1979, 1994, and 2009 will be available until 6:45 p.m. at The Moody Church.

After session

Root Beer Social for alumni celebrating a 50th, 40th, 25th and 10th reunions, following the evening session at The Moody Church.

All-Alumni Coffee and Dessert Social in the Alumni Student Center, 2nd floor, highlighting ’54, ’59, ’64, ’74, ’84, ’89, ’94, ’99, ’04, ’09, and ’14

Shuttle bus to The Moody Church for the evening session. The bus will depart from Wells and Institute Place

Discounted Hotel Rates are available if you plan early—choose from Best Western River North (125 W. Ohio St.), Freehand Hotel (19 E. Ohio St.), Hampton Inn & Suites (33 W. Illinois St.), or Residence Inn by Marriott (201 E. Walton Place). Shuttle Busses will run between these hotels and The Moody Church beginning on Monday evening at 6:00 p.m. Buses will run from these selected hotels to campus for the daytime sessions Tuesday through Friday. Buses will run from campus to The Moody Church for the evening session and will return to the hotel following the evening session.

Coffee and fellowship at the Moody Alumni Office, open each day during Founder’s Week from 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. We invite you to stop by our office in Smith Hall and relax over a cup of hot coffee.
