All full-time students can use Solheim Center without charge. Full-time students can fill out a family membership application form for their immediate family (no charge for family). Family membership is defined as husband/wife and dependent children under age 18 or enrolled in college up to age 22 and a member of same household. Married or adult children living independent from the present family structure cannot be listed as a part of the family membership.
Current full-time, regular, employed faculty and staff with a current valid Moody Identification Card, emeriti, retirees, and visiting full-time professors are welcome to use the Solheim Center without personal charge.
An individual considered part-time faculty or staff must validate his or her employment status with the Academic Dean or Director of HR to the Director of the Solheim Center. Part-time employment equals working 18 or more hours per week for Moody Bible Institute. Individuals who validate their employment are eligible to register for the faculty and staff membership and obtain a Solheim identification card.

If alumni are interested in using the Solheim Center, they should first visit the Alumni Office. Alumni Office staff will verify their alumni status and will direct them to Facilities for an Alumni ID that they will show upon entering Solheim. Alumni will pay a guest fee of $2 each time they visit the Solheim Center. Guests of alumni are not permitted.
If alumni come on a regular basis they can purchase the affiliate membership at a discounted price. With the affiliate membership they can bring one guest per ID card.
