The Bachelor of Science in Theological Studies program challenges you to think theologically about the foundation of your faith and the contemporary challenges facing the church.

In addition to the 80 hours of biblical and theological coursework, you will choose to concentrate in one of two areas:

The Christian Thought concentration provides you with the critical thinking and communication skills needed to engage in serious biblical and theological academic discourse, and apply that knowledge in context within the church.

The Spiritual Formation concentration integrates theology and spiritual formation. You'll gain the understanding and analytical skills needed to engage in personal spiritual formation, and learn how to disciple others.

Potential Career Options

After graduation, you will be prepared to further your education in graduate-level theological or biblical studies. You will also be ready to pursue a career in professional ministry or as a lay minister, including working as a non-preaching associate pastor, or with parachurch organizations.
