Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling
With a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, students learn to apply clinical training, biblical insight and spiritual integration to the counseling profession—including individual, family, marital, premarital, child and adolescent. The program is designed to prepare you for provisional licensure as a mental health counselor in the State of Illinois.
This degree prepares you to effectively practice as a professional counselor in a wide variety of career settings, including local public agencies, private practices, mental health facilities, chaplaincies and church counseling centers.
Learn from faculty mentors who offer academic excellence and clinic experience in a variety of counseling disciplines to shape your biblical education and training. You will partner with your advisor on internships and program course decisions.
