As an instructor, you are encouraged to communicate directly with students who have not yet engaged in the course. If no response is forthcoming, use this form to report student inactivity. The report will notify the Student Resource Assistants (SRAs) or Graduate Student Assistants (GSAs) who will make contact with the student.
