Student Accounts
The Student Accounts Office serves Moody students by administering bills and Student Health Insurance. Find information from the Student Accounts Office here or by visiting the Student Accounts Portal website.
Payment Due Dates
Moody Online: Payment is due one week before the start of the session
Students must be paid in full or enrolled in the Moody Payment Plan by the payment deadline to move into campus housing, attend classes, or receive access to online courses. Student bills can fluctuate throughout a semester based on student activity; any action on a student account will be reported to the student’s Moody email. Contact student.accounts@moody.edu with any questions or concerns about billing and payments.

The Moody Payment plan is an interest-free alternative to a lump sum payment of the student bill. The plan is available to all students

Student Health Insurance
All residential students (students living in Moody-owned housing) on the Chicago campus, and international students on all campuses (living on-campus and off-campus), and all Spokane students attending on-campus courses are required to be covered by a comprehensive health insurance plan.
