Board

Russell “Rusty” Ingraham ’75

President

Rusty is semi-retired from the Foreign Service. Serving abroad, he counted it a privilege to minister with international churches in teaching, board membership and pastoral search. In 29 years with the State Department, he served in Turkey, Romania, Bolivia, Bosnia, Cuba, and Jordan. Rusty grew up attending The Moody Church and loved Moody Radio. Many family, friends, and spiritual leaders were Moody grads or connected to the school. Rusty graduated from Moody in Biblical Theology, completing his bachelor’s degree in history at Lawrence University, Wisconsin. Rusty and his wife, Ann, met at a friend’s wedding. Ann served overseas as a nurse and local volunteer, often with local orphanages. Ingraham's son, Michael, was featured in the theatrical adaptation of CS Lewis' "Horse and His Boy" throughout 2023 at Washington’s Museum of the Bible.

Juanita (Santiago ’05) Reyes

Secretary

Juanita was saved at Inner City Impact through a backyard Bible Club in Chicago and currently serves on ICI’s board. Their leadership development program supported her to attend Moody Bible Institute. She graduated in 2005 with a BA in Print Media Communications—the first in her family to graduate from college. Juanita earned an MA in Journalism at Columbia College Chicago and has worked for CNN and other media outlets in the Chicago area. Juanita married Eric Reyes ’05, a Chicago policeman who serves in a specialized unit. They minister as elders at the New Life Community Church in Chicago where they started a young adults ministry and are now involved in the marriage ministry. Donald is now a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. Prior to working in private practice in the San Francisco Bay Area of California, Donald was part of the executive teams at three startup companies that eventually went global. Joel Davis ’05 grew up as a missionary kid in the Dominican Republic and had the opportunity to travel to many countries as a young child and saw God working in amazing ways around the world. He had the opportunity to see missionary aviation and how it fills needs around the world bringing the Gospel to the most remote parts of the globe.

Joel graduated from Moody Aviation in Elizabethton TN with a degree in Missionary Aviation Technology with a flight emphasis. Joel, Missy (wife) , Ryley, and Camryn (girls) then joined a mission agency and flew a small airplane into the jungles of the Philippines serving missionaries expanding the reach of the gospel there for a number of years.
