Moody Gear is designed as a service, not as a for-profit store and considers that when pricing products.
On occasion, there might be a promo code or discount advertised through social media or for a particular event.
Employees and Professors can order products using their department’s cost center. Depending on the reason for the Internal Transfer using said cost center, a discount is possible. Email us to talk about options if this applies to you!
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free apparel, but there are a number of options on the website if you’d like to purchase something.
Moody Gear shifts old gear out every couple of years. One of the reasons why something may be out of stock is because it is discontinued, and the Moody Gear Team will not order more stock in that item and/or size.
We may also be in the process of ordering more stock for that specific item and it will most likely be back in stock in a week or two.
Moody Gear does not sell Moody Publishers products. You can find Moody Publishers products at https://www.moodypublishers.com/.
Unfortunately, once the packages leave the campus grounds, we are no longer responsible for what happens if the package gets lost or stolen or there are delays.
We try to immediately put tracking numbers into the order information the minute it is processed through our Campus Post Office.
During holidays and semester breaks, order processing will take a week or two.
If an item is missing in your package or it is broken, feel free to email us at moodygear@moody.edu and we will work with you from there!
Moody Gear staff works limited hours. We will respond to your email and orders in the order that we received them.
Moody Gear is mainly an online E-Commerce store. The stores event hours are listed in the “event materials” tab.
When you order on the website, select pick-up in store/or pick up at CPO (Campus Post Office) and you will not have to pay a shipping fee.
You are also welcome to order something online and pick it up in the Event Marketing and Management Office-just email or put pick up in office, in order notes!
The Moody Gear on Campus Store is located on Smith 1 by the Smith 1 Desk Attendant.
The Moody Gear office is located inside the Event Marketing and Management Office on Smith 1 across from Smith 1 Desk Attendant.

In your order in the notes section, please specify whether you are a student and are picking up from CPO.
If you are not a student and are picking up on campus, you can pick up your order in the office in the Event Marketing and Management Office on Smith 1.
