Nonprofit Administration and Leadership Emphasis

When you earn a Master of Divinity in Nonprofit Administration and Leadership, you’ll become a global-minded leader as you’re trained to serve in a variety of nonprofit environments. You’ll develop your leadership and ministry skills and study under ministry leaders while receiving professional development training.

The program also provides theological and hermeneutical principles and how to apply them in a global context. Through advanced study of biblical leadership and ministry, you’ll be equipped to create, develop, and lead ministries and organizations in multicultural settings.

Designed for those who aspire to serve as pastors, executives, managers, and lay leaders, this course will also explore the integrity of a leader from a biblical perspective.

Program update for fall 2024: We have reduced this MDiv program from 87 credit hours to 72 without sacrificing any depth or quality. This change allows you to complete your world-class MTS education faster while being equipped to passionately lead in God’s kingdom!
